SZL is assembling water tube steam boiler and double boiler barrel longitudinal type

 chain grate steam boiler ,which is make up of steam drum ,water drum ,convection 

bank ,there are light pipe water wall tubes in two sides of combustor. Inside of steam 

drum ,there is steam and water separation device ,and surface drainage device ,

inside of water drum there is regular drainage device,the economizer is at the end 

of boiler .Matted chain grate to feed coal or biomass and equipped with blast blower ,

induced draft fan ,spiral slag discharge machine to discharge slag automatically, 

the fuel from coal scuttle fall into fire grate to burn in the combustor ,flam pass 

through combustion arch to refract up ,through boiler combustor bend to convection

 bank,then pass back smoke exit to economizer and dirt catcher,finally with induced 

draft fan to flue to atmosphere.

 

 

 Corn cob fired boiler feature:

1.  corn cob fired boiler boiler divide into two pieces to ship ,the upper piece include the boiler body ,

upper furnace wall ,the bottom piece include coal scuttle ,chain grate ,base steel ,

the bottom furnace wall ,except the  midfeather  is setted on the scene ,the other parts 

is assembly in the factory ,the economizer ,and the air flue is following the boiler

2. Adopt chain grate  ,double side in the wind ,there are six independent wind chamber

 below the fire grate ,in the room with the wind agencies on both sides ,The air is 

blowed by air blower into the bottom to two side wind flue ,through wind agencies

 into independent wind room. So

 

3. The upper furnace wall is assemble in the factory ,the bottom furnace wall and the

 front and back arch  is made up of fireclay brick and silicate Fiber ,and thermal 

insulation material .,the fuel from coal scuttle to fall into furnace to burn ,the slag 

is following with the chain grate to discharge by slag machine

4.There is electrical cabinet which show the boiler thermal parameter indicator ,air 

blower ,induced draft fan opening indicator gauge ,electric actuators remote control 

button ,the automatical feed water device ,and super temperature alarm device

 

5.The furnace structure is cyclone ,the high temperature is rotating quickly ,

combination burn ,the dust can separate during the rotation ,meanwhile the big 

furnace ,the temperature can raising quickly in the short time ,low consumption ,

any coal is suitable ,meanwhile any biomass can be used as fuel

 

6. The fire grate use new type big piece No leakage of coal (original fire grate is spiral-plate) Easy to work. heating fire grate without tensile force,not easy to destroy .  Reduce leak coal ,it can save coal 1-2% .
