Work Principle
1, The hot melt glue labeling machine for OPP labels is a new type of rotary and continuously running machine.
4, The containers are mechanically pre-positioned during rotation according to the label positioned track.
5, When the container arrives at the labeled position and is detected by the sensor, the computed feeding system feeds the label and then the high speed rotary cutting unit cuts the label. As the feeding system is equipped with SANYO low-inertia servo motor, the high speed feeding and cutting process is stable and precise.
6, The cutoff label is delivered to the gluing system and the glue is sprayed at both ends of label, this gluing method can minimize the consumption of glue.
7, When the glued label rotates to the labeling position of container, it will be accurately and efficiently attached to the container.
8, As the labeled container is rotating during transmission, the label can be smoothly and tightly attached to the container.
9, The glue is sprayed at both ends of label, so the label is sealed very well by lapping over both ends. A labeling process is finished.
10,The whole labeling process includes Feeding container--Pre-positioning label--Cutting label--Spraying glue--Attaching label--Smoothing label--Pressing label--Finishing.
