4. Operating instructions for peeling quail eggs:

• After water boiled, add into cold water, stir the water and pour the eggs into the  eggs boiling machine , stir immediately for about 
• one minute, boiling the eggs until the water boiled again, turn off the heat after 10-15 mins, pick out the bad eggs floating on the water. 
• After turning off heat, fished out eggs, cooling the eggs in cold water for about 5mins, then break eggshell by using  quail egg  breaking machine.
• Put the broken eggs into cold water for about 15mins, then they are able to be put into the  quail eggs peeling machine
• Connect electric power and water source, control the water discharge, as the flow speed decided to the eggs peeling speed.
• Putting cooling-off eggs into the machine, and begin peeling eggs.
