Descriptive abstract
This series machine is a new-designed that we make it on placing the old Turnplate Feeding on one side. Dual auger filling within one line main-assist fillers and the originated Feeding system can keep the high-precision and take off the tiring cleaning of the turntable. It can do the accurate weighing & filling work, and also could combined with other machines to buildup a whole can-packing production line. This machine could be used in filling milk powder, albumen powder, condiment, dextrose, rice flour, cocoa powder, solid drink, and so on

Main features

 

1. It consist of four filling heads and two in a group , in two separated lanes .

 

2. The whole filling process was composed of two stages:1st stage Bulk fill to pre-set value approx 90% of the total and the 2nd stage top-up fill to target value.

 

3. Total PLC control with integrated HMI.

 

4. No container-No fill ,so no wastage of powder.

 

5. Pneumatic cans clamping system eliminates chances of cans transfer until cans gets filled.

 

6. Filling Procedure: Feeding and clamping Cans → Lifting Cans→ vibrating cans →Bulk fill → vibrating Cans → vibrating cans → weighing & tracking(Load cell)→ Top-up filling →weight checking(load cell) → Reject or accept(Reject unqualified filled containers )
