Shelf Plate Freezer
Shelf Plate Freezers are fitted with integral refrigeration plant or without. And it is similar to the horizontal plate freezer in the structure, but the plates of Shelf Plate Freezers are fixed. Double freezing modes of CONTACT AND BLOWING mark its better freezing effect than normal blast freezer.
