Iberian Ham front pigs fed a free herbal and exclusively acorn that becomes a product which highlights its exquisite aroma and delicate flavour. It presents numerous infiltrations of fat, giving rise to veining typical of Iberian products, which determines its juiciness and tenderness. Having a high concentration of oleic acid, about 60% fat and rich in monounsaturated fatty acids make this product an excellent cardiovascular protector.
