These pigs are raised independently and fed with acorns, mushrooms, olives, and natural compound fooders of Cereals or corn. The curing process in our cellars and “secaderos” (natural drying areas) follows the traditional rules that were implemented many years ago: combining cool and dry air coming from the locality of Corteconcepción (mountain area of Huelva) with the humidity brought from the rain and the summer's moderate heat.
Very similar to the Iberian Cebo de Campo ham except that it is even tastier. Excellent quality-price ratio.
