ELABORATION
Always respecting the traditional formulas, we realize the processes of pre-, salty,
and post-wash of the parts, giving each process time and the traditional formula that will also determine the rest time in dryers with controlled temperature and humidity .The final phase takes place in the quiet of the cellars, so that the parts reach the ideal healing point.
