Empty full packets of Lakshmi's Ice Cream Mix - 100 gms in half litre pre-boiled milk. Add 25 gm sugar simmer for one minute. Whip it in a Mixie. Keep it in the Freezer for one hour. Whip again and freeze the mix for three hours. Your delicious Ice Cream is ready. Milk Cream may be added to make it still more delicious.
