Developed from a base of pure New Zealand Cream and Milk. We can now offer ready to serve products such as Ice Cream, Sorbet and Frozen Yoghurt.
We also offer chilled or frozen mixes for on site manufacture and the expertise to set up small production facilities for ice cream, frozen yoghurt, sorbet, gelato and fresh yoghurt production
We have a range of chiller stable liquid mixes that have a 6 month shelf life (unopened) or a mix that has a 12month (frozen) shelf life. Once thawed these products must be used in 7 Days.
Powdered versions using pure New Zealand ingredients are also available. These can be flavoured or a base mix for you to add your own flavourings
We are able to produce the flavourings and supply equipement for manufacturing and packaging if required.
