In early frosty mornings by a minimum temperature of minus7°Cesius we harvest in our vinyards the frozen Grapes used for the Blaufränkish Eiswein. The grapes are pressed after harvesting immediately before sunrice in frozen conditions. In steel tanks we let mature the must to reach this outstanding flawours and fruty characters.
