- Payment term : Irrevocable, Confirmed Documentary LC (Non-Transferable)
- Delivery : Any port, CIF
- Guarantee by Seller : PB covering 2% of one Shipment
- Price : SPOT or Annual Contract as below;

4. 100,000MT/Month : $405.00 USD per MT
PROCEDURES
1. Buyer issues LOI.
2. Seller to prepare FCO (Note procedures with acceptance from Buyer on FCO)
3. Buyer to approve FCO with return to Seller with a BCL (No Soft Probes)
4. Seller to prepare sale and purchase Draft Contract.
5. Buyer review and return contract by mail. At this time must present a draft copy of the LC that will be issued for approval.
6. Seller and Buyer sign contract and exchage contract by mail.
7. Buyer's Bank choose the payment method and issue as Pre Advice. (Buyer can proof funds via MT799 _ Bank to Bank, if they do not want to open the non-operative LC, to which the Seller will provide POP via MT799 as well)
8. Seller's Bank issue Performance Bond. This will activate the non operative finacial instrument.
9. Delivery begins contract terms and conditions.
NOTE : PROCEDURES MUST BE FOLLOWED.. NO EXCEPTION..
We will not issue FCO and provide any documents without LOI of Buyer.
Please don't waste our time. Our supplier is Major Player in Sugar market.
We need to deal with ACTUAL BUYER who can work with Commission Structure for a long time.
We can start to delivery from November 2010.
