PROCEDURES FOR YEARLY CONTRACT :
1. Buyer submits an ICPO/LOI / NCNDA/ IMFPA in not more than 5 working days.
2. Seller approves ICPO/LOI / NCNDA /IMFPA. Seller issues FCO.
3 . Buyer send signed FCO with BCL all information completed (to keep and maintain price for Buyer).
4. Seller issues contract for Buyer’s signature.
5. Buyer returns the Contract to Seller, duly signed and sealed by facsimile.
6. Buyer and Seller deposit a copy of the executed contract to their respective counterparts.
7. Buyer Bank issue : 100% Irrevocable, Confirmed, Unrestricted, Letter of Credit at Sight
8.Letter of credit to be issued to seller comfortable account or as specified by buyer.
9 .Buyer, Buyer Mandate and Seller should agree upon fluctuations in Dollar rates, price increase of the commodity,
Govt orders etc, from time to time,and to adjust the rates accordingly.
