 PROCEDURES:

 

1. Buyer sends ICPO + fresh dated BCL + signed NCNDA

2. Seller sends FCO

3. Buyer signs and seals FCO to show his approval

4. Seller sends draft contract for negotiation

5. Seller/Buyer approves the Final Draft and signs the electronic version

6. Seller send original contract + the proforma invoice to Buyer

7. Buyer returns the original contract signed to the seller

8. Buyer issues the Pre-advice LC to Seller’s bank within 5 working days.

9. Seller checks the Pre-advice LC and confirm to buyer within 5 working days.

10. Buyer’s bank send MT799 SWIFT message with commitment to send the LC to seller’s bank.

11. Seller sends bank-to-bank partial POP

12. Buyer’s bank issues the non-operative LC to Seller’s bank within 1 banking day and sends a copy to the seller.

13. POP is sent

14. Shipment commences in accordance with the agreed schedule on the contract.
