Easy Procedure to Conclude the Deal

1. Buyer Issues Simple LOI on their Letter Head for the above deal without Bank details - To Blue Shield Trad LLC (Format attached)

2. We will Issue Ships details including Vessel's Name, IMO no. to TRACK and send NCND+MFPA Agreement

3. Once Satisfied the Buyer Issues ICPO Bank endorsed or BCL (Fresh with above Offer No Code) along with NCND + MFPA duly signed and sealed.

4. Sellr issues FPA to Buyer who signs ad then the FPA + NCND+MFPA is lodged in both sides (BUYERS & SELLERS) Bank

5. Buyer Opens Non-Operative L/C with a clause of SGS Inspection for Quality & Quantity at the Port of Discharge, if required at Buyer's cost. Though Original SGS certificate issued at the port of Loading will be given

6. Seller issues 2% PB and Activates the non-operative L/C

7. Buyer submits All Documents to his Bank for the Payment and the ownership is transferred and the ship is diverted to the Buyers designated port of discharge

The above is similar to booking but with added safety of Ships details provided with just simple LOI and Payment is By L/C and not Swift or MT 103/23 and moreover the sugar is in yr custody in 15 days.
