Detailed introduction to Icumsa 45 Sugar:
RDSS Traders is a seller's representative for ICUMSA 45 and can provide Brazilian Sugar on a contract or spot basis.
We are honest with our customers, meaning we do not make promises that we are the direct supplier or direct seller like many of the false offers seen on the Internet. Instead, we work directly with the seller and will facilitate all negotiations for interested and legitimate buyers of sugar. We will be the only party in between the buyer and seller, no long chain of brokers and middlemen. We are able to provide quantities starting at a minimum of 25,000 MT and going up to 200,000 MT a month. Please send your inquiry to us with your needed quantity, target price, delivery time, delivery port, and any special procedures you may require.
PROCEDURES (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
CONTRACT/SPOT PROCEDURES (NO PB FOR SPOTS)
1. Seller presents FCO to the buyer after receiving bank-endorsed ICPO (Or ICPO plus BCL).
2. Seller presents draft contract for acceptance by the buyer.
3. Buyer returns raft contract via fax or email, duly signed and sealed, within 48 hours. The draft copy is deemed legal until hard copies are exchanged.
4. Buyer's bank issues SWIFT DLC to seller's bank within two business days. Seller issues 2% Performance Bond and POP within 3-5 days.
5. Shipment commences according to the contract and to agreed schedule.
6. All banking charges, including confirmation from the buyer's bank shall be borne by the buyer and all banking charges incurred by the seller at seller's bank shall be borne by the seller.

Packing: In 50-kg new Poly-lined bags combined with jute. Bags of combined tare of 150 grams each, with 20 bags per single pallet, plus 2% empty bags free of charge as allowance with one ply PP inner bag. Standard bag marking/ printing shall be provided, along with the shipping schedule, in the contract.
Payment options: Irrevocable, auto-revolving, transferable, divisible, confirmed DLC for contracts. For spots, an Irrevocable, transferable, divisible, confirmed LC issued or confirmed by Top 50 USA/European bank 100% at sight against presentation of documents at the seller's bank after completion of each loading.
Insurance: 11% at seller's expense
Shipping documents: Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Quantity issued by SGS, and Phyto-Sanitary Certificate.
