Illex Argentinus - Illex squid

sizes:
S1 = 100-150gm
S2 = 150-200gm
M1 = 200-300gm
M2 = 300-400gm
L1 = 400-500gm
L2 = 500gm and over
The smaller sizes are mostly available in the early season and while you can still get them later the quantities are less (because they grow larger as time progresses)
All processing and packaging is done on the fishing vessel - we are contacted at various times in the season when the product is several days from port and informed of the catch size and what quantities are available in each size. its best to pre order so that we can secure your required quantities as these are sold on a first come first served basis. payment terms for this product 20% deposit paid by TT and the balance paid on sight of relevant shipping documents.
if you require additional processing we can do this also - but will obviously be a more expensive option. however at this point we can repackage to your exact specifications.
If you are needing a constant supply of this products with regular shipments we can arrange purchase and storage in advance - and negotiate payment terms accordingly.
