Please note that:

 

1. If the order quantity is more than 500MT, the supplier can offer a discount of $10 per MT .
2. Offer is subject to reconfirmation.
3. We cannot commit any monthly quantities as the sugar market in India is highly regulated and controlled by the Govt. Therefore the exports depends upon the policies of the government. The offer that I have given to you is for shipment in May.
4. The quantities also depend upon the availability and the market on that day. Therefore you need to come up with your requirement and we shall give our quotes based on the scenario.
5. Procedure for order placement is once we come to an understanding on the price, delivery, payment terms, etc then a sales contract is issued by us in the name of the party. Once the contract is signed then the buyer needs to open an LC or remit the advance as the case may be. Once that is done then we start the shipment process.
6. Our payment terms are 100% LC at sight from a prime bank or 25% advance through TT and balance after fax of the BL.
