Luwak:
Since it is wild luwak, it takes long time to collect the parchment of luwak coffee. The parchment is then wahed about 3-4 times until it is really clean. The clean parchment is then hulled to give luwak green bean. The green bean is sun dried until get the noisture content of 12-13%. We do not sort out the luwak green bean because it is hard to collect so we do not want to wate any green bean. That's why we do not sort out the luwak green bean.
