Our Crabmeat, Portunus Pelagicus alias the Blue Swimming Crab is wild caught in the bountiful waters of Indonesia. It is delicious sweet white crabmeat, virtually shell free.

The crabmeat is harvested throughout the year and stock is replenished daily. In keeping the product fresh we process our crabmeat on the same day it is replenished.

We utilize the latest food technology that is HACCP compliant.
That is using heat to pasteurize and chilling immediately to keep it fresh.
