Rotating type circulated hot-wind baking-oven is a key equipment for a bread production line. It is suitable specially for making the top quality bread with an excellent effect. A sanitary stainless-steel sheet used to cover both its outline and inside chamber of the oven. It applies a heating system through hot-wind convection combined hot-wind circulating and slow rotating-dollies to heat evenly around the foodstuff. Besides, a water-spray unit is used to insure the foodstuff inside the oven to meet the moisture standard. After a period of time at certain temperature, the foodstuff is cooked evenly with an elasticity and FLAVOR taste.
