Process flow:
Starch production process is designed for six sections which are cleaning – pulverizing – screening – concentrating and refining - dehydration - drying.
The starch production line of Junyu adopts wet process in the production process, with mature and reasonable technology, advanced equipments, scientific distribution and without any additives through the whole process.
Economic Type: 5 ton/day, 7 ton/day, 12 ton/day, 20 ton/day, 30 ton/day, 50 ton/day.
Standardized: 12 ton/day, 20 ton/day, 30 ton/day, 50ton/day, 100 ton/day.
Calculation is based on the dry starch output.
