VINIFICATION: soft pressing of grapes, cold static sedimentation, fermentation at controlled temperature at about 16-18° C, then maturation in French oak barrels for 12 months

TASTE: involving, very pleasant, soft with an inviting and fresh note of sourness, it results in a very drinkable great white wine
