Instant Custard Powder (5kg)
Ingredients: sugar, starch, milk powder, emulsifier.
Storage: store in normal room temperature, must be covered firmly after unsealing and keep in a cool and dry place.
Use: 1.Blend with right proportion of custard powder and water for baking products.
2.Add custard powder into cool boiled water or fresh milk, various fruits and flavor may be added in for cold pastry arid dessert.

Usage:
Orie portion custard powder blend in three portions cool and boiled water,(soft and strong is adjusted freely by proportion of water blend in) Stir slowly by mixer for one minute, then stir speedly 35 minutes. It will be better to stir until shine. It can mix with cocoa powder, fresh cream and concentrated jam for various fillings and decoration material. The filling will remain stable at the temperature of 220°C- -18°C in baking and freezing condition.
The use of the custard powder in baking room is:
a) Blend in pure water and put into bread as filling.
b) Blend in cool boiled water (or pure water) to become custard jam. After baking the bread, cut it, squeeze the custard jam into the middle or use in cake interlayer.
c) One portion custard jam, three potions whipped cream(or fresh milk),stir slowly, custard stir slowly, custard cream will be made for decoration.
d) Custard jam can be mixed with flavour jel.
e) Use in egg tart and coconut tart.
For all kinds of pastries, dessert and bread filling.
