Application and Use:

 

Thanks to the usage of vegetable fat, Fat Filled Milk Powder is much more popular than traditional

FMP as it is cheaper and has a longer shelf life, perfectly substitutes FMP, has much better solubility

than  traditional FMP, has a longer shelf life, does not get rancid, and is non greasy to the touch so

does  not cause smearing when used in cooking.

 

Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder 26% Fat is used in a wide range of applications including yoghurt,

Ice cream mixes, cheeses, confectionary products, soups and sauces. It is also used as  an

ingredient in bakery products, dry blends and snack foods.

Storage Instructions and Shelf Life:

 

Milk powders is hygroscopic and can absorb odours.  Therefore this product should be stored

at below 25C,  in an odour free environment and in a cool dry  area away from direct sunlight.

While the bag  is intact and  the product kept under these conditions it has a shelf life of 12 months

from date of manufacture.
