1. In container, add one cup of above 90°C hot water to one cup of rice. Cover and let stand five minutes. Drain water and serve. Be careful of the steam!
2. for microwave cooking: Combine one cup of rice with one cup of water and microwave on high power for two minutes. Remove from microwave then cover and let stand for 3 minutes. Enjoys! Microwave Oven cooking times may vary.
