Description:
1. The paper can labeling machine is automatically controled by PLC. All the processes are well designed to raise the efficiency.
2. The paper can labeling machine contains a big auto-raise label house. It can feed the label precisely, and 2500 labels can be stored in the house once.
3. Modular type moulds are used in the machine. It makes the interchange of moulds very quick and simply, and the time can be controlled under 10 minutes.
4. Auto-circulate water glue supply system. It can store up to 5 kilograms water glue and assure the machine to work for 30 hours without adding glue. When the work was done, the auto cleaning system (CIP) can clean the glue system automatically without dismounting the glue container.
5. The main motor is controlled by the inverter, and its speed can be adjusted according to the diameter of the can.
6. There are several switches for function selection on the operation panel. The operator can select among labeling, cutting and labeling plus cutting.
