The Rosé made of a blend of Syrah and Grenache impresses with a garnetred
colour and notes of menthol, eucalyptus and fruits such as blackcurrant and strawberries complemented by a peppery
touch. Ideal to be served cool to let the wine express its fruity flavours. 18 months ageing on fine lees in steel tanks followed
by 4 months in new oak barrels. Serve as an aperitif, to appetizers, tapas, grilled fish or white meat or fruity desserts at 14°C.
