liter wine reveals stone, mineral and white Citrus fruits aromas on the nose. Very fresh, round and fruity with exotic fruits, rich
mouth and a long finish. This white cuvèe will match perfectly with shellfish, grilled chicken, or as a tasty aperitif if served
chilled at 10°C. The grapes are grown and harvested in the sunny and full of rich mineral soils of southern France. Ancient
terraces and the close disctance to the mediterranean sea with it´s fresh breeze are responsible for the fruity taste while
harvesting at night keeps the freshness and avoid oxydation.
