1.  Chocolate milling  machine

This machine is the main equipment in chocolate production line. And mainly used in fine grinding of chocolate mass .

 

2.    200 L  chocolate melting  Kettle  (All stainless steel)

 

 

 

3.   250 L  Sugar grinding  machine   . (All stainless steel)

Its working principle is briefly as follows. After entering the  omnipotence pulveriz ing chamber, the raw material in question comes between fixed toothed disks and mobile toothed disks rotating in high speed, and turned into powder by action of burning, shearing, and rubbing of the teeth as well as mutual colliding of different particles of the material. All parts of the machine are made of stainless steel.

 

 

4.   500 L  holding tank. (All stainless steel)

The holding tank is to store the fine grinded chocolate mass in constant temperature; it is with automatic temperature control system. There  is a hot water recycle system in the tank to ensure  the chocolate liquid on average. The temperature should around 45°C.  

 

  5.  single-head semi-line  mounding  machine

It is used to mould varieties of chocolate products.

 

 

6. Hollow chocolate  forming machine

This part is to forming the hollow egg-shaped chocolate, just like below video do.

  7.  35L  Feeding  pump

The pump is  specialized  to delivery the chocolate mass. According to flow rate to select the size of pumps. The pump can be used individually or with other production line for automatic chocolate feeding.
