Our quarter figs are prepared using fresh cut figs, sized, washed and cut in quarterly pieces along the fruit length. 

Grown under Egypt sun, they are harvested when matured, then hand picked. 

It can help in preparing many dessert types: pies, compotes or jams. They can also be an interesting ingredient of a fruit salad.
