Our ham "Prosciutto di Norcia IGP" is one of the excellences of the typical Italian high quality food.
It is made from thighs of white pigs only coming from selected national farms: a fire branding is made on every unit to certify the product origin.
The ham seasoning is at least 18 months, and the only seasoning ingredient used is sea salt. The peculiarity of the air in this region allows a natural seasoning that makes the ham its typical and unique flavor.
The ham size varies from 9.5 kg to 11 Kg weight. The product is available with or without bone
