After a soft grapes pressing and a slow thermo controlled fermentation, it follows a long maceration and the aging in new oak for over 16 months. This wine is d ry, sapid and acceptably tannic. The maturation in the oak barrel and, later, in the bottle accentuates its sooth taste and its rich bouquet as well.  Ideal for all strong tastes, rich and aromatic dishes. Just perfect with roast meat, Salami and ripe cheese.
