This frantoio produced “agrobioverde” a fruity olive flavour with hints of fresh grass, enriching its harmonic taste and equilibrium. It's slightly spicy and with an intense herbaceous aroma, balanced with the harmonic sensation of artichoke.
It is processed within 24 hours of picking with a continuous airtight cycle, extraction at a controlled temperature (cold press). It is stored at a controlled temperature in a stainless steel container.
The colour is emerald green with hints of gold.
Perfect as a salad Dressing and, being a little spice, is ideal in more structured preparation of the Italian cuisine.
The product is absolutely organic.
