Tasting notes: the color is intense red ruby, at nose it's vinous with black cherry suspicions. The taste is agreeable acid, harmonic, correctly tannic.
Pairings: it’s very good with all first-dishes and could be fine for the whole dinner

Tasting notes: the colour is light rose, the fragrance is fruity and flowery, with Fresh Fruits scent. It's harmonic, rightly tannic, lightly sparkling.
Pairings: hors d'oeuvres, pasta, soups and fish
