Jamaica blue mountain from organic plantation
The Jamaican blue Mountain coffee is a certification of quality in itself. We want to offer more. Our Jamaicais organic and roasted with the discontinuos system, following the Italian tradition. All the coffee grains we use are cultivated in shadow for a slower ripeness and a more intense aroma. The coffee comes just from the Blue mountain restricted area!
The Roasting time is 14 minutes whit 230° for a perfect Italian roasting degree.
