Adlay is rich in protein, Vitamin B1, calcium and minerals. Compared with other grains, it is high in nutritional value and well balanced. We germinate the adlay and roast it using our far-infrared roasting process, creating a tea with a higher level of extraction of ingredients compared with regular adlay, and a pleasant fragrance which can be enjoyed every day.

Brewing Instructions
By the pot
Add one bag of tea for every one liter of boiling water, let simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes and enjoy.
By the cup
Place one tea bag in a large cup, add about 200ml of hot water, let sit for three minutes and enjoy.
