A Hint to Japanese melon Tasting;
Should be kept in refrigerator prior eating 1-1 ½ hours, Divide in 2 portions – half-n-half then only clear all melon - seeds away. Refrain to use knife cutting the middleof melon-jelly out, the most sweet- taste part of melon is where the seeds are. Next, cutting by lengthy shape along the melon size then again make it into square as for eating once, the better melon that you deserve . Note; keep cutting in a portion you want to eat all for once , try not to cut in a small pieces for keeping them in refrigerator, that would make melon less the original taste.
