General information of product:
Aiming at the characteristics of domestic beer field, we developed a selfcontrolling CIP, ferment CIP, filtration CIP, can installation CIP. There is a six-jar combination CIP. There is a six-jar combination of hot water jar, hot alkali jar, and sterilization water jar. And five-jar or four-jar requirements. Single jar capacity can be designed sa per clients' process requirements.
Equipment characteristics:
1. The design layout is rational. All equipments are made of imported SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel, the polishing of inner surface is smaller than 0.8 micron, and the polishing of outside surface is treated by 400 mechanical polishing or sand blasting. The whole equipment is very beautiful and taste.
2. Alkali water and steam can be used in circulation, energy is saved and the rinse process requirement in every stage can be satisfied to improve the efficiency;

Operators in every shift are only needed to prepare concentrated alkali liquor and converse CIP feeding assignment board; Other operations can be controlled automatically and supervised by human, with a touchable monitor, displaying all parameters of system directly through CIP rinse station, and according to rinse process, the parameters can be amended conveniently.
4. The concentration of the washing mixture in the jar can be supervised automatically, and the thick washing mixture can be supplemented automatically;
