Work principle:
1. When the beer is passing the fast cooler system, the temperature value signal of the board type heat exchanger will be transferred to central control system, then the central control system will operate as per the specified values to adjust cold intermediary flux to make the temperature of exit up to centigrade 0 to 1.5 or the set value.
