Product name:Jiaogulan tea
Origin: Jiaogulan is also named Aescin biliary. More than 13 kinds have been distinguished in the world, there are 11 kinds in China. The jiaogulan which is grew in the field is as similar as Wulianmei in the plant shape.
Technique: The time from May to August every year is the harvest time, after cutting the stem and leaf together, if having the soil, we should wash and dry them, then use the hay cutter to cut about 5 centimeters sliver, according to the methods of making Hong qing green tea to process, by water-removing, rubing, block solution, drying or stem speculation, namely becomes the first product of Jiaogulan, then reshaping and packing the teabag form.
Drink: The green tea jiaogulan, has the aromatic faint scent, the taste is a little bitter, the tea water is micro-yellow and limpid. It usually has a name of "south ginseng", therefore some products named as "south ginseng tea".
