Jingshan tea has a long history, initially planted from Tang, and then famous in Song. The beautiful ecological environment decides outstanding quality of Jingshan tea. Japanese Eminent Monk Daxin and Shengyi etc, had all stayed here for rest. The Jingshan tea banquet and tea sets (Tianmu bowls), are all taken by them to Japan then spread to people there, and gradually evolved into a "Japanese Sadoh." From then on Jingshan is regard as holy place that Buddha spread his mercy to Songs ancestors and also the birthplace of the Japanese Sadoh. From then on, Jingshan tea culture is known worldwide.
