Juice Belt press--APPLICATION:

Juice Belt press --WORKING PRINCIPLE:
After raw materials (solid-liquid mixture)grinded and pump to feed hopper(bandwidth adjustable), under the “L” shape pressure between roller and roller to press juice out, the roller diameter decrease progressively and “S” shape belt generate shear force to make sure high efficient dewater. The waste cake then scrape off by blade. the two pieces belt is washing always by high pressure sprinkler which connect with high pressure washing pump to guarantee the pressing effect. The washing water filtrate from arc net Filter and recycle by the water pump. While running, the pressure belt is controlled by air bag and deviation correcting system to keep feeding steady and no overflow, safe and automatically.
