Kalbi Sauce - Marinating Sauce for Ribs
Use for
Broiled beef ribs, beef barbecues, and other beef dishes
How to make Kalbi
(Makes 6-8 servings) Mix beef ribs (2kgs) with the Kalbi Sauce (500g) and water (1cup, or 200cc). Marinate for 30 minutes before cooking.
Tip : Try adding mushrooms, onions, or rice cakes to your Kalbi!
