KASSERI LYTRAS is a handmade cheese, made from 100% full sheep milk of Thessalia, in the same way as it was produced in Greece years ago. This traditional Greek KASSERI cheese that is being disappearing lately has a full, rich and pleasant taste. The cheese is melt when heated in the oven. It can be used for tasty sandwiches and pizzas, cheese stuffed hamburgers, meat pies or even better it can be consumed as such, accompanied by a dry white Greek wine.
