THE DALTON GAMMA

The Daltôn gamma wine grapes come from the vineyards of Kerem Ben Zimra, in the hills of the Upper Galilee, Ramat Daltôn. Ramat Daltôn is a basalt plateau at altitude of 850 meters above sea level.

All Daltôns wines are KOSHER LE MEHADRIN and KOSHER FOR PASSOVER all year round.

We have the following Daltôns wines in our collection :

• DALTON cabernet sauvignon RESERVE 1996 :
  The Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve is showing impressive cabernet characteristics. The depth of colour and complex aromas give an ecxellent indication of what this wine has to offer now and how it will develop in the future. The concentration of the forest fruits is strong and the vanilla undertones from the oak complement the flavours and tastes perfectly. Available in a bottle of 75 cl.
• DALTON CABERNET SAUVIGNON DALTON 1996 :
  The Cabernet Sauvignon Daltôn is a dark, rich and well-balanced wine. Again the presence of currents and berries is noticeable and is complemented very well with strong oaky tastes gained from the aging in barrels. Available in a bottle of 75 cl.
• DALTON SAUVIGNON BLANC RESERVE 1997 :
  This is a Crisp fruity wine with a long palate. It is a wine that has succeeded to combine the characteristic grassy nature of the Sauvignon Blanc grape together with the tropical fruit character of warm climate oenology. Available in a bottle of 75 cl.
• DALTON SAUVIGNON BLANC FUME 1996 :
  This is classic fumé style wine most suited to the Mediterranean climates. Light and crisp with a fruity aroma and a subtle oaky character. Available in a bottle of 75 cl.
• WHITE CANAAN 1996 :
  This is a light slightly sweet wine that is easily drinkable. Its abundant aroma is both fruity and floral, whilst its taste is light, fresh and round. Available in a bottle of 75 cl.
