Khichdi Masala
(For Two Person)
Mix 100 gms rice with 50 gms of toovardal, wash & soak it in water, Heat 4 table spn.oil in a pressure pan, add 1 tea spn. MUSTARD seeds, two whole red chillies & soaked mixture. To this add 20 gms of Jalaram Khichdi Masala & 500 ml water.stir.Top-it-up with one table spn.of pure ghee and pressure cook it for 3 whistles. Your delicious Khichdi is ready to it.
Note: Jalaram Khichdi Masala consist of all spices including salt.

Chilly, Coriander, Clove Leaves, Bay Leaves, Edible Oil, I. Salt, Bishop-Weed seeds, Fenugreek, Cumin, Aniseed, Stone Flower, curry Leaves, Badiyan, Cinnamon, Big Cardamom, Dry Ginger, Comp. Asafoetida, Mustard, Mustard oil, Turmeric.
