Product Description

This product contains raw garlic, apple, orange, and ginger,

and is finished off with a delicate balance of the true aroma and spiciness of peppers.
This product can be used as an all-purpose seasoning in a variety of different dishes.

It is especially perfect for use as flavoring in a spicy tuna rolls.

 

Ingredients:
WATER, SALT, GARLIC,

SUGAR GLUCOSE FRUCTOSE SYRUP (FROM CORN),APPLE,

MONO SODIUM L-GLUTAMATE, VINEGAR,  MANDARIN ORANGE, RED PEPPER,

PICKLED VEGETABLES(SCALLION, CHINESE CABBAGE, SALT,ACETIC ACID),

BONITO STOCK, SQUID EXTRACT, HYDROLYZED SOY PROTEIN,DRIED BONITO,

CITRIC ACID, GINGER, TANGLE, XANTHAN GUM,DISODIUM SUCCINATE,

PAPRIKA COLOR.

Use this product to season the ingredients in spicy tuna rolls,

Spicy Tuna Roll
Ingredients:
 • Sushi Rice  approx. 270 ml
 • Tuna Sashimi  115g (Cut into 1cm Cubes)
 •  Avocado 1/2 piece
Momoya’s Kimchee Base 3 tbsp
Mayonnaise 2 tbsp
Masago (Capelin Roe) 50g
Seaweed 1 Sheet
Sushi Roller
Plastic Wrap

Recipe:
1. Prepare ingredients.
2.3. Toss tuna sashimi cut into blocks of 1cm in the kimchee base.
4. Spread plastic wrap over sushi roller. Lay seaweed over that,

     then spread sushi rice on top, and finally spread the Capelin roe on top of the rice.
5. Turn the bottom side with the seaweed on top of the side with the Capelin roe.

    Then, place the tuna sashimi flavored with kimchee base and sliced avocado on top,

     and finish with mayonnaise.
6. Roll the sushi up by rolling the sushi roller forward, starting at the front.
7. Firmly roll it so as to ensure that pressure is applied evenly.
8. Cut pieces to your preferred size, and enjoy.

Manufacturing Process

 

Spicy Sweet Vinegar Fried Chicken
Ingredients (serves two):
Chicken Thigh 1 Piece (approx. 250-300g)
Red-Leaf Lettuce 3 Pieces (approx. 60g)
Japanese Leek 5cm worth (approx. 12g)
Bell Pepper (Red) 1/3 (approx. 50g)
Cooking Sake 1/2 tbsp
Soy Sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sliced Ginger 1 tsp
Potato Starch 4 tbsp
Oil As needed
 

Spicy Sweet Vinegar Sauce:
Kimchee Base 2 tsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Water 2 tsp
 

1. Mix the spicy sweet vinegar sauce ingredients together.
2. Dry off the chicken’s juices, and cover thoroughly with potato starch.

    Heat frying oil to 170°C and fry the chicken until brown.
3. Place the vegetables in a bowl, lay the fried chicken on top,

   and cover with the spicy sweet vinegar sauce.
 

 

Kimchee Poke
Ingredients (serves two):
 • Tuna (Sashimi) 150g
 • Perilla leaves 1 leaf
  A (3 tbsp of Kimchee Base, 1 tbsp of Sesame Oil)

1. Add Kimchee base and a small amount of sesame oil to ¾ inch cubed tuna.
2. In Hawaii, shredded salted seaweed is added, but the dish also takes on
    a pleasant fragrance and color by adding finely cut Perilla leaves.
