To achieve all the objective and finest quality fruit we use pre and post harvest products e.g. water wax, fungicide etc. from FOMESA (Spain) & FMC (Italy) 

After plucking & grading from orchards citrus fruit is brought in waxing, grading and packing house. As soon as the fruit reaches at packing house it is graded again on conveyer and sub-standard fruits are separated from export quality fruit.

After re-grading on conveyer belt Kinnows are washed to remove dirt from the fruit and it is dried before water wax is applied on it.  

Now fruit is dry now and wax can be applied by automatic spray nozzles perfectly and according to international standards. Then Kinnows are passed through dryer cabinet to dry the wax before fruit goes into sorting/sizing section of the plant. By this stage fruit looks shinier.

Then Kinnows are passed through automatic seizers which with great precision, flexibility and accuracy size fruit using state of art electronic variable speed drivers. We can have exactly the size we desire to facilitate packers and maintaining sizing standard for quality packing process.

After sizing process Kinnows (Mandarins) are transported to packing tables with automatic conveyor belts, where experienced and professional packing staff pack finest export quality Kinnows (mandarins) and remove any sub-standard fruit in wooden or corrugated cartons according to customers requirements.

During this entire packing process quality control professional staff monitors packing staff and do quality checks before fruit goes into cold storage for pre cooling. After pre cooling Kinnows cartons are loaded in reefer container for export.

The season of availability starts from mid-October and extends normally up to March with the peak occurring in mid January.. The advent and use of controlled atmosphere cold storage, have, however made it possible sell citrus fruit as late as April extending the market season considerably in fresh condition. Our production capacity is 1.28 m tons per season. In Pakistan the kinnow is grown under totally natural conditions to enhance the original flavour of the fruit and to preserve its fundamental goodness.

Kinnow is easy to peal and because its loosely bound skins compared to other type of citrus fruit. Therefore, the Kinnow can be just peeled off and enjoyed anywhere, anytime.
