USP: The Bornholms Kippers is good workmanship. Herrings from the best cold water in Northern Europe are being filtered immediately after catching. Then the herrings are being salted and smoked the traditionnal way. The smoked herrings are tinned and packed manually and heat-treated by 110 degrees.
This product contains no gluten, soja, milk, sugar or egg.
Serving suggestion:
Serve with bread and garnish with chopped onion and chives. Also delicious with a mixed salad of potatoes, light creamy dressing, dices of apple, beetroot and cucumber pickles.
